One of Shanghai's oldest bars, which used to be on Nanyang Lu before moved to Maoming Nan Lu. Manhattan remains popular with foreign friendly Filipino, Thai and Vietnamese girls. Drinks are a little pricey but it can be a fun, hectic place to people-watch. Place stays busy every night of the week.
